Our people install your fence — not subcontractors. Most fence companies use 1099 subcontractors and bid out installation to whoever offers the lowest price per foot. We only use W-2 employees that we have personally trained. You’ll know exactly who is coming to your home, and so will we.
We’re fully licensed, insured, and here if you need us. We have a real physical office you can walk into — not a PO Box or a home address. That means you can meet our team, see material samples, and hold us accountable.
Our materials are American-made and backed by a real warranty. All of our fencing materials are manufactured in the USA. Our vinyl and aluminum products come with a lifetime, transferrable warranty — with no fine print about how close you are to the coast or how often you clean them. Many competitors attach those kinds of restrictions to their warranties. We don’t.

Getting Started
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We are happy to schedule anyone in our service area for a free estimate. Just call, text, or email our team at 904-268-1638 or vasb@orfgsraprwnk.arg and we will schedule an estimator to come out and discuss the options available to you.
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
We can usually turn around a fence estimate within 24 hours. Some special requests may take a few days, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you have samples of your material?
Yes — we are happy to provide free samples of material upon request. We also encourage you to come visit our office to see options in person and meet the team behind your project.
What factors affect the cost of a fence installation?
The type, size, and amount of material along with the difficulty of the installation are all factored into the total cost. Additional charges may apply for specialty gate styles or if old material needs to be torn out and removed. Your estimator will walk you through everything clearly and transparently.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We have partnered with a third-party financing company to help you explore payment options for your new fence or railing system. You can find the link on our website under the ‘NEED FINANCING?‘ section. We receive no financial compensation for referrals — we offer this purely as a service to our customers.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Yes! Just present proof of service to your estimator. Please let our team know before your appointment so we can make sure it’s applied properly.

What type of fences do you offer?
We offer vinyl, aluminum, and mixed material styles of fence and railing to suit a wide range of needs, aesthetics, and budgets.
Are your fencing materials made in the USA?
Yes — all of our fencing materials are manufactured right here in America. We are committed to quality materials you can trust.
Do your fences come with a material warranty?
Our vinyl and aluminum materials come with a lifetime, transferrable warranty. Many competitors offer limited warranties with restrictions based on proximity to a saltwater coastline or cleaning frequency requirements. We don’t have any of those restrictions — our warranty is straightforward and comprehensive.
Will my fence hold up against Florida heat, salt air, and humidity?
Absolutely. All of our materials were specifically selected to withstand the most extreme levels of heat, salt air, and humidity that Florida can deliver. You can have confidence your investment will last.
What type of aluminum gates can you install?
We can install standard walk gates (racked to match the slope of your yard), rolling gates, V-track gates, estate gates, swing gates, and cantilever gates.
What type of vinyl gates can you install?
We can install virtually any size or style of vinyl gate to match your fence and complement your yard. Our in-house gate builder custom builds each gate to the exact opening and racks it to match the slope of your property.
Installation & Process
Who will install my fence?
Only Best Fence and Rail W-2 employees — people we have personally trained — will install your fence. We are fully licensed and insured for your complete peace of mind. Be aware that most fence companies use 1099 subcontractors and bid out installation to the lowest ‘price per foot’ installer they can find. That is never how we operate.
What is the typical timeframe for a fencing project?
Most residential fencing projects in a standard-sized yard are completed in a single day. We want you to be able to enjoy your new fenced-in yard as soon as possible!
Do you offer both residential and commercial fencing services?
Yes — we handle everything from a trashcan enclosure at your home to miles of fence defining the perimeter of a new development. No job is too small or too large.
Do you install railing?
Yes, we install outdoor railing in both vinyl and aluminum. Due to insurance requirements, we install from the second floor and below.
Will you coordinate with builders or other contractors?
Absolutely. We are experienced at coordinating our work with whomever you designate, whether that’s a general contractor, builder, or another trade.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
Yes! We have decades of experience helping customers navigate the HOA approval process. We can assist with marking surveys, providing material photos, proof of insurance, and any other requirement your HOA may need. Some communities allow us to submit the full approval package; others require the homeowner to submit it. Either way, we will guide you every step of the way.
Are you familiar with pool safety requirements?
Yes — we are very familiar with Florida pool safety requirements and will help ensure your fence meets the applicable standards. We can also advise you upfront whether the fence you have chosen will pass inspection, saving you time and worry.

How do I clean my fence?

Do you offer fence repair or replacement services?
Yes. We can offer repair options for most styles of aluminum or vinyl fence. Simply send us a photo and we will let you know what help we can provide — quickly and honestly.
